Within 24 hours
You can have a full refund within 24 hours of paying, as long as nobody but the two of you has opened the link. We take you at your word on that.
After that
After 24 hours, or once guests have opened the link, there is no refund. The invitation has been delivered: it has done the thing you paid for.
How the money comes back
A refund goes back the way it was paid, to the same bKash number or card, within 7 working days.
How to ask
Email enveloh@gmail.com or write to us on WhatsApp, from the address you signed up with, with your invitation link. We answer within a working day.
