Your day, yours

An invitation holds personal things. Here is what happens to them.

What we store

Only what the invitation needs:

  • your names and your families’ names, your events and their venues;
  • the phone number and email you sign up with;
  • your guests’ replies and the messages they leave for you;
  • your guest list, if you make one: the names you give each family and, if you add them, their WhatsApp numbers, which only you can see;
  • the photos and music you upload.

If you sign in with Google, Google tells us only your name and email address. We never see your Google password or anything else in your Google account.

When you look up a venue, or pin one with “I’m there now”, the place’s name or that spot is looked up on OpenStreetMap through Photon, a free map search run by Komoot. Nothing else about you or your invitation is sent.

Where it lives

Everything is kept in Supabase, the database behind Enveloh, in an account the platform holds. Your invitation is seen by whoever has its link: the people you choose to send it to.

What we never do

We never sell it. We never show it to anyone but you and your guests. We never use your guests’ numbers or messages for anything but your invitation.

Cookies

Cookies are used for one thing: keeping you signed in. Nothing follows you around the web.

Deleting it

Email enveloh@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and we delete your account, your invitations and everything uploaded to them within 7 days. The link stops working the moment it is gone.
